Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in North Phoenix, AZ is hiring Plastic Injection Molding Operators for a medical manufacturing company. Pay $18.00-$20.00/hour DOE, with 1st shift (5:30 AM–2:00 PM) or 2nd shift (1:00 PM–10:30 PM) options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of plastic injection molding experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic injection molding machines safely and efficiently
• Monitor machine performance and identify quality issues
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks on finished products
• Trim, assemble, and package molded parts as needed
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Ensure products meet customer and company quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow GMP, safety, and manufacturing procedures at all times
• Communicate equipment or quality concerns to supervisors
