MMI Engineered Solutions, Inc. in Warren, MI is seeking a Press Operator-Shift A to support manufacturing operations. You will ensure high-quality parts are produced according to customer specifications and internal standards.

The role offers a starting rate of $17-19 per hour, with a rotating schedule that may include overtime and weekends. A comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth are provided in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate press equipment safely and efficiently.
• Review and interpret quality alerts and part specifications before starting a job.
• Perform first-piece inspections and compare against approved first articles.
• Accurately complete production logs, job startup checklists, and operator logs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations in accordance with environmental and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding any quality issues.

NEW STARTING RATE: $17-19/Hour

We are currently seeking a Press Operator-Shift Ato support our manufacturing operations in Our Facility at Warren, MI. This role is critical to ensuring that high-quality parts are produced according to customer specifications and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate press equipment safely and efficiently

Work Environment & Expectations:

• Manufacturing environment that may be hot, noisy, dirty.
• Substantial physical effort - extensive reaching, lifting, stretching, bending and twisting.

• Stop production if the 3-5-10 rule or set process doesn't result in a quality product.

Schedule:

Week1: Monday till Wednesday: 6:00 am -12:15 pm / Thursday & Friday: 6:00 am-6:15 pm/ Saturday & Sunday: OFF

Week2: Monday till Wednesday: 6:00 am -12:15 pm / Thursday & Friday: OFF / Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 am-6:15 pm
