• Dependable, punctual, and committed to regular attendance.
• Able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic reading, math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and develop new skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required—we provide training.

Position Overview

As a Machine Operator, you'll work in a fast-paced production environment, operating injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts for a variety of industries. This is an entry-level role with opportunities for advancement!

Shifts Available

• Day Shift: 7:30am – 7:45pm


• Night Shift: 7:30pm - 7:45am


• 12-hour rotating schedules - Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend!


• Includes scheduled weekends and overtime opportunities.


• This role requires consistent, reliable attendance due to our team-based production environment.


• Starting Hourly Wage: Day Shift $18.15 / Night Shift $19:03
