Job summary

A leading chemical manufacturing company is seeking an experienced plastics fitter to join their team. The role involves various joining and welding processes, repairs, and maintenance of production facilities, as well as independent planning of pipe routes. Candidates should have completed training in plastics fitting, and possess years of experience in plastics processing, alongside strong teamwork and communication skills. • You are proficient in various joining and welding processes for manufacturing plastic pipes and equipment.
• You carry out repairs, maintenance, and new production of production facilities and plastic components
• You will independently plan the pipe routes and create the corresponding isometric drawings
• You are confident in working with various plastics (PE, PP, PVC)
• You have good manual skills, including working with metal
• You observe high quality standards and applicable safety regulations in your work

What you bring to the table:

• Successfully completed training as a plastics fitter (m/f/d) or process mechanic (m/f/d) for plastics and rubber technology or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in plastics processing
• Good technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Independent, committed, and reliable way of working
• High level of teamwork and communication skills
