Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and precise measurements.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools and shop machinery.
• Ability to read basic prints/diagrams or work instructions.
• Good hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn fabrication techniques.
• Reliable, punctual, safety‑focused work habits.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials.
• Prior fabrication/plastics/machining/work woodworking experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, drawings, and job instructions.
• Measure, mark, cut, and shape plastics to precise specs.
• Operate fabrication equipment including saws, routers, drills, and CNC machinery.
• Assemble components using adhesives, plastic welding, fasteners, or mechanical joining methods.
• Perform finishing operations such as trimming, deburring, sanding, and polishing.
• Inspect parts for accuracy and conformance to specs.
