Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a capable Extrusion Machine Operator to run bubble-wrap film lines. You will load resin, monitor melt conditions, adjust settings for quality, and perform routine maintenance while adhering to safety and GMP standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, and preferably 1 year on cast-film extrusion with Vorne software experience. Overtime and a 24x7 operation may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience on cast-film extrusion machines preferred.
• Experience with Vorne production software.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion lines safely and efficiently to produce bubble-wrap film.
• Monitor temperatures, pressures, bubble height, and output quality.
• Identify and correct machine issues; report major problems promptly.
• Complete production data and quality records accurately.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and comply with GMPs.
