Job summary

Vanguard Aesthetic Plastic Surgery in South Florida seeks a Board Eligible or Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon to support growth in a high-demand Palm Beach/Broward market. You will work in a diverse microsurgical and reconstructive case mix, with optional cosmetic opportunities and leadership potential in a collaborative network.

The Private Practice model with Academic-level collaboration offers dedicated support, clinical and insurance coordination, and access to ARSA

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in plastic surgery.
• Fellowship training in microsurgery preferred.
• Training or experience in hand surgery, complex microsurgery, breast reconstruction, peripheral nerve reconstruction, and cosmetic surgery.

Responsibilities

• Perform diverse microsurgical and reconstructive procedures.
• Contribute to program development and clinical excellence.
• Collaborate across a multidisciplinary surgical network.

Vanguard Aesthetic Plastic Surgery is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon to support continued growth in a high-demand South Florida market.

Qualifications

Board eligible or board certified in plastic surgery

Fellowship training in microsurgery preferred

Training or experience in hand surgery, complex microsurgery, breast reconstruction, lower extremity and peripheral nerve reconstruction, cosmetic surgery

Strong surgical skills and collaborative mindset

Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered surgical care
