Overview

Job Description: Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon – Department of Surgery, Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School. The Department seeks to recruit a full-time faculty member to join the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery for our Boston location.

Responsibilities

• Integrate seamlessly into a busy practice at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston and develop a network of community plastic surgical care at hospitals affiliated with Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH).
• Participate in the research program of the division; engage in clinical and/or basic research.
• Provide teaching to medical students and surgery residents.

Qualifications

• MD from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified in plastic surgery.
• Hold, or be eligible to obtain, a full Massachusetts medical license.
• 5 or more years of experience.
• Excellent communication and technical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Benefits and Compensation

Pay Range: $350,000 – $1,150,000, with potential performance-based incentives including bonuses for productivity and quality.
