Job summary

Swedish Medical Center is seeking a full-time, board-eligible/board-certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with a Microsurgery Fellowship to join an experienced team in Issaquah, WA. You will perform autologous breast reconstruction, complex wound reconstruction, and general plastic surgery while collaborating with oncology, breast surgery, and wound care teams.

Job description

Swedish Medical Center is seeking a full-time, board-eligible/board-certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon who has completed a Microsurgery Fellowship to join an experienced plastic surgery team serving the Eastside community in Issaquah, Washington. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team while providing autologous breast reconstruction, complex wound reconstruction, and general plastic surgery services to a growing patient population. This position offers the opportunity to help expand access to advanced reconstructive care in one of the Seattle area's fastest-growing communities while practicing in a patient-centered environment supported by the comprehensive resources of Swedish and Providence.

• Full-time position
• Practice based in Issaquah, Washington, with access to the broader Swedish network of specialists and tertiary care resources

• Work closely with oncology, breast surgery, wound care, and other subspecialty teams within a multidisciplinary care model
• Full support staff, including Advanced Practice Clinicians and dedicated nursing support

• Compensation is between $597,700 and $771,437 per year

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
