Plastering Technician - Washington, USA

We are seeking a skilled Plastering Technician to join our team in Washington, USA. As a Plastering Technician, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish.

This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plasterer
• Knowledge of different types of plaster and their application techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Physical stamina and dexterity for standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods of time
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them before applying plaster
• Mix plaster ingredients according to specific ratios and consistency requirements
• Apply coats of plaster using trowels, brushes or spray guns
• Smooth out rough spots or uneven areas using hand tools or sandpaper
• Install corner beads around corners for protection and reinforcement
• Repair cracks or holes in existing plaster using appropriate techniques
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times while working on scaffolds or ladders
