Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety programs, policies, and regulations.
• Supervise plaster crew and ensure responsibilities are met.
• Inspect and maintain nozzle and hoses for proper application and safety.
• Operate power equipment and hand tools following safety standards.
• Assist plaster crew in setup and breakdown of jobsite tools and equipment.
• Use hand signals to coordinate material flow to the nozzle.
• Ensure plaster areas are clean, sound, and that anchors/rebar are properly placed.
