Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Plasma Processor (Customer Service) to join our North America plasma center in Utah. You will collect and process donor samples, maintain donor files, and ensure timely packing and shipping to the testing lab.

The ideal candidate holds a High School diploma or GED, is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and can work a flexible schedule. Exposure to extreme temperatures and lab equipment is expected, with training provided to support high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Collects and processes donor samples for processing and testing.
• Records weight of product and samples.
• Labels samples and freezes units for final packing within required timeframe.
• Packs units for final shipment; packs samples and prepares shipping box to send samples to the testing lab.
• Monitors stored products and reports working conditions of equipment.
• Maintains active communication and quality.
