Grifols, a global healthcare company, is seeking a Plasma Processor (Customer Service) to join its Johnson City plasma center. You will handle donor files, shipping, inventory control, and ensure quality while working in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, flexibility, and an interest in making a difference. You will gain training, work with a dedicated team, and support Grifols' mission to deliver essential plasma-derived medicines.

• Ideal Plasma Processor has strong organizational, computer, and troubleshooting skills; comfortable with extreme temperatures; handles donor files, shipping, and inventory control.

Mansioni

• Collects and processes donor samples for processing and testing.
• Records weight of product and samples.
• Labels samples and freezes units for final packing within required timeframe.
• Packs units for final shipment; packs samples and prepares shipping box to send samples to the testing lab.
• Monitors stored products and reports working conditions of equipment.
• Maintains active communication and quality.
