Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Willing to obtain state licensure/certifications where applicable.
• Flexible schedule availability to support plasma center operations.
• Interest in making a difference in the world and helping donors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining donor suitability.
• Establish rapport with donors while maintaining confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with donor reactions.
• Monitor donor health and equipment quality during procedures.
• Set up, operate, and monitor plasmapheresis equipment.
• Dispose of contaminated disposable equipment safely.
