Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Center Medical Specialist to operate in our plasma donation centers. The role involves evaluating donors, ensuring safety and confidentiality, and educating donors about health, test results, and potential hazards.

You will work within a team, manage adverse events, and participate in training and hepatitis vaccination programs. Strong clinical licensure and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Certified/licensed in the state of employment as RN, LPN, LVN, Paramedic or EMT.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Educated and compliant with state requirements for clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and establish medical history to determine donor suitability.
• Build rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Ensure donor and staff confidentiality.
• Provide donor education regarding health and counseling regarding test results.
• Evaluate and manage donor injuries and adverse events.
• Assist in employee training and vaccination programs.
