Job summary

ABC Healthcare, in partnership with Grifols, seeks an EMT, LPN, or Paramedic to support plasma collection and patient care. You will perform patient assessments, monitor vitals, initiate venipuncture, and respond to medical events, ensuring donor safety and comfort.

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you’ll follow strict regulatory and infection-control standards while documenting care in EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Current EMT, LPN, or Paramedic certification is required.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Experience in donor care or acute care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess donors/patients and monitor vitals.
• Initiate venipuncture and assist in specimen collection.
• Respond to medical events and ensure donor safety and comfort.
• Document care and treatment in EMR per regulatory standards.
