Job summary

Grifols, S.A. is seeking a Donor Center Associate to conduct pre-donation medical screening, assess donor suitability and manage the plasmapheresis setup and monitoring. You will help ensure safe, compliant operations and build rapport with donors to support long-term donation.

The role requires thorough documentation, adherence to FDA/OSHA/CLIA procedures, and strong administrative skills to assist center management and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Requires state licensures or certifications where applicable.
• Two years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs, OSHA/CLIA guidelines.
• Experience with donor screening and plasmapheresis procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-donation medical screening per guidelines.
• Determine HCT and protein via finger stick and hematastat/refractometer.
• Promote customer satisfaction through responsive service.
• Assess donor suitability and monitor plasmapheresis setup and procedure.
• Maintain donor files and accurate records.
• Communicate donor medical information to Medical Staff.
• Maintain sanitation and organize work area.
