Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Tyler, TX is seeking a donor screener/phlebotomy-support role. You will greet donors, perform vital signs, document records, and coordinate donor compensation while maintaining safety standards.

The position requires flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, with comprehensive benefits and daily pay options. A high school diploma and customer-facing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vitals and finger sticks.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational improvements and initiate changes to center processes.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
