Lamb Weston, Inc. is seeking a Plant Utility to support sanitation, line inspections, and rework across multiple production lines.
You will remove stagnant product, mix and handle chemicals, and ensure end-of-cycle cleaning, while maintaining high safety and GMP standards. Responsibilities include inspecting raw and finished product for foreign material and defects, assisting with tote dumps, and adhering to training programs in a fast-paced, noisy environment.

The plant utility will flow to work performing sanitation duties, line inspections and rework. This includes line break sanitation activities, removing stagnant product from equipment, mixing and handling chemicals, and end of cycle cleaning. The plant utility will flow through position and inspect raw and finished product looking and removing any foreign material and product quality defects. Rework finished cased product meeting hourly/daily targets through bag blending, opening, and removing bags from cases and blending to line or to a tote across all lines.
