Job summary

Limelight Steel is seeking a Plant Technician to support our Plant Operations team in operating and maintaining equipment that powers our production facility.

You will participate in installation, commissioning, and preventative maintenance while ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial settings.
• Proficiency in operating large equipment and machinery.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach problems analytically.
• Experience working both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Role will involve standing for periods of time and working in active lab or industrial environments.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is $35-40, plus meaningful equity. Final comp will be based on experience and level.
