Job summary

J&J Snack Foods Corp is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee plant-level procurement, scheduling, inventory, receiving, warehousing and shipping. You will work with Corporate Supply Chain teams to align daily execution with enterprise goals and drive inventory accuracy, service levels, and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions to optimize plant performance and meet customer demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or supply chain field.
• Minimum 5 years progressing supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading production scheduling, warehouse ops, receiving or procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-level supply chain functions: scheduling, procurement, inventory, warehousing and shipping.
• Develop and execute strategies to support safety, service levels, cost and performance.
• Collaborate with Corporate Procurement, Demand Planning, Distribution and Logistics.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives across the plant.
• Coach and develop a high-performing supply chain team; monitor KPIs and drive results.
