48forty Solutions is seeking a Utility Worker to keep the plant clean and organized, including yard, warehouse, bathrooms, and breakroom areas. You will ensure a clean, safe environment and report directly to plant management.

Responsibilities include waste disposal, daily upkeep, and adherence to PPE requirements. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be willing to work overtime as needed. Competitive pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in extreme conditions and lift up to 50–75 pounds.
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow directions.
• Strong communication with plant management.
• Overtime availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain work areas, bathrooms, breakroom, offices, or equipment.
• Pick up debris/garbage and dispose properly.
• Communicate regularly with plant management.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Wear required PPE and follow safety rules.
