Wells in Ashland City, TN, is seeking a reliable janitor to maintain cleanliness and organization across the plant. You will wipe surfaces, empty waste, sanitize restrooms, organize storage areas, and help keep outdoor grounds clear while following safety procedures and working with minimal supervision.

Ideal candidates value safety, teamwork, and reliability, with good communication and the ability to handle multiple tasks. High school diploma is preferred, and bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and maintain focus on tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all plant areas.
• Wipe down and sanitize surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Clean, sanitize, and stock bathrooms.
• Organize deck storage areas, tools, and materials.
• Maintain outdoor grounds by removing debris.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Follow safety procedures and comply with policies.
• Notify the Supervisor of unsafe conditions or maintenance needs.
