Job summary

National Beef is hiring a Sanitation General Labor to work on-site in Ohio. Starting pay is $18.65 per hour with a $3.00 weekly attendance bonus and a $1.50 shift differential. Potential to reach $25.10 per hour after training, plus health, dental and vision benefits.

This role focuses on keeping production areas clean, equipment sanitized, and floors ready for operation. Responsibilities include high-pressure sanitizing, disassembly and washing of equipment, and ensuring timely reassembly.

Qualifications

• Able to handle heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning.
• Able to walk, bend, push, pull, and lift repetitively during working hours.
• Able to work at different levels, unafraid of open walk-ways.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team.
• Excellent attendance is a must.

Responsibilities

• High pressure hose used to foam/sanitize equipment and plant areas.
• Help disassemble machines and wash down.
• Tackle heavy cleaning jobs upon request on multi-levels.
• Ensure equipment is assembled and floor is released to production timely.
• Notify supervisors of any repairs required.
• General Labor; other duties as assigned.
