Purpose: Plant Sanitation
The purpose of this position is to help the plant be more efficient by conducting cleaning of equipment, taking out waste, and keeping the floors clean to create a sanitary and safe environment.

Responsibilities:

Take out garbage and empty pallets

Clean and sanitize various pieces of equipment in the plant

Working with a team to ensure our facility is clean

Assist operators on startups and shutdowns with removal of waste in barrels and cleaning around equipment

Operate Forklift and Floor Scrubber to assist in cleanup of production floor

Bail bags, boxes, and totes

Additional cleaning/janitorial tasks as needs arise

Job Requirements

• Willing and able to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Be willing and able to be forklift certified
• Able to push, pull, lift and carry up to 50lbs
• Able to bend, Stoop and reach

Hours:

Monday - Friday

1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm

2nd Shift 2pm - 10:30pm

Compensation:

$19 per hour (There isa $1.50 differential)
Must be willing to train during day shift for up to 3 weeks
