Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Plant Reliability Technician for coil coating in Fairland, IN. You will perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on high-volume coating lines.

The role requires reading electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints, following OSHA/LOTO procedures, and maintaining CMMS records. Training and safety are emphasized in a heavy industrial setting with a 3rd shift schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills for industrial equipment.
• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical failures on production equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose electrical issues involving motors, controls, sensors, and wiring.
• Repair gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, chains, and pumps.
