Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years in maintenance and engineering leadership with at least 3 years in engineering and manufacturing maintenance.
• Experience leading managers/technical teams in food processing or canning.
• Knowledge of CMMS, preventive maintenance, and reliability-centered maintenance.
