Job summary

Dolese Bros Co. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at aggregate sites, including pit and plant production.

You will lead hourly staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with the R&M and Production Managers. The role requires strong leadership, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to coordinate with multiple shifts to meet production goals and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in aggregate mining operations or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of blasting, crushers, screens, conveyors, and related equipment preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mining/Engineering/Construction Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production at aggregate sites ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
• Lead hourly employees and coordinate with R&M/Production Manager to meet maintenance and production goals.
• Ensure safety training and regulatory compliance across shifts.
• Manage equipment maintenance and plant safety programs.
• Support capital project planning and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Maintain inventories and ensure proper documentation of coaching and performance discussions.
