A global leader in energy management is seeking a Plant Quality Manager to ensure quality excellence at their manufacturing site. You will oversee quality leadership and governance, drive compliance with ISO 9001 standards, and lead the Customer Satisfaction & Quality team. Candidates should have 7+ years of experience in Quality or Operations leadership and strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. We are looking for a Plant Quality Manager (PQM) to lead quality excellence at our manufacturing site, ensuring our products, systems, and processes meet the highest standards and exceed customer expectations.
As the PQM, you will lead the Customer Satisfaction & Quality (CS&Q) function, from incoming materials to final shipment. You will act as the Voice of the Customer, driving compliance, continuous improvement, and a culture of quality ownership.
