Job summary

DPT Laboratories, Ltd. is seeking a Plant QA Verifier I to support the verification of manufacturing processes, ensure documentation accuracy, and determine QA holds when required.

The role involves reviewing compounding, cleaning and packaging records and releasing equipment as directed by procedures. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (GED) and 0–2 years of related experience in pharmaceutical quality or a regulated industry; college or technical certification is a plus.

• Pharmaceutical-quality or other regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute procedural requirements for QA verification of processes.
• Review manufacturing documentation for compounding, cleaning and packaging verification processes or validation activities.
• Release and determine need for QA holds as directed by procedure.
• Monitor Clean and Use Logbooks for Manufacturing across all facilities.
• Notify QA Supervisor/Manager of documentation discrepancies or QA hold requirements.
• Comply with safety, environmental and quality practices and applicable regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Understand and execute procedural requirements for the QA verification of processes.


• Issue and perform quality review of manufacturing documentation for Compounding, Cleaning and Packaging verification processes or validation activities.


• Release and determine the need to place production equipment and/or utensils on QA hold as directed by procedure.


• Issue and monitor the Clean and Use Logbooks for Manufacturing across all facilities.


• Responsible for notifying QA Supervisor/Manager of any documentation discrepancies and/or requirements for QA Holds.


• Within area of responsibility, understand and comply with all safety, environmental and quality practices and procedures as outlined in organizational/departmental guidelines and SOPs as well as applicable federal, state, and local regulations.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• High school diploma or general degree (GED).


• 1 year from college or technical school certification preferred.


• Minimum 0 -2 years of related experience is required.


• Pharmaceutical-Quality or other regulated industry experience preferred.
