Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager in Madera, CA to lead plant-level quality assurance, QC and food safety operations. You will build and mentor a dedicated quality team and ensure products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing testing, COAs, supplier audits, and continuous improvement, while partnering with production, sales, and cross-functional teams to strengthen quality programs.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality systems, testing, specifications, COAs, and compliance documentation.
• Food/juice manufacturing QA/QC experience.
• HACCP Certified
• PCQI trained
• FSVP certified/trained
• Auditing/inspection experience

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC and food safety programs, processes, and standards.
• Manage, coach, and develop the quality team.
• Oversee product testing, inspections, COAs, and quality documentation.
• Evaluate ingredients and processes for quality and microbiological risks.
• Manage customer complaints and CAPA initiatives.
• Support production and cross-functional quality needs.
• Audit and partner with vendors, co-packers, and labs.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, food safety, and customer requirements.
