Job summary

Vibracoustic USA Inc. in Morganfield, KY is seeking a Production Operator to operate a range of equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will follow SOPs, load materials, monitor output, and maintain quality while keeping a clean, safe workspace.

No advanced degree required; entry-level training provided. You will join a team focused on continuous improvement and meeting daily production targets, with benefits including healthcare and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED preferred.
• Entry level position; 0-2 years’ production or assembly experience.
• On the job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate a single machine or range of production equipment per SOPs and work instructions.
• May apply mold release and clean molds, tools and equipment; load inserts as required.
• Meet or exceed output targets and manage scrap; potential high volumes up to 10,000 parts per shift.
• Notify lead operators or supervision of issues affecting output or quality.
• Process rejected material for review or rework per guidelines.
• Cross-train in product inspection and ensure specifications are met.
• Pack conforming product into boxes and containers with proper tracking and labeling.
• Complete job tickets, labels, transfer tags and inspection stamps.
• Stack or load raw materials or finished goods as needed.
• Place non-conforming product in designated areas for discard or review.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly equipment checks.
• Participate in problem solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Update visual control boards or production reports.
• Provide support during site visits by customers or auditors.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental regulations are followed.
• May cross-train on multiple machines; complete required training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
