Job summary

Ball Corporation in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a qualified professional to manage Production Control and Integrated Business Planning functions on site. The role interfaces with Central Planning, Warehousing, Logistics, and Sourcing to align production with customer requirements and inventory targets.

Responsibilities include coordinating production schedules, safeguarding inventory accuracy, and supporting the food safety and quality systems while working within company policies and safety

Qualifications

• Broad training in a related field usually acquired through college or work-related experience.
• Job related experience for 2 year(s) minimum.
• Ability to apply intensive and diversified evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of standard plant production control techniques, procedures, and criteria.
• Must be able to operate a computer.
• Must be able to handle sensitive related and proprietary information in a confidential manner.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and secure work environment by addressing unsafe acts/conditions and leading safety meetings.
• Coordinate with Central Planning to schedule production and meet shipping schedules.
• Manage plant warehouse operations and external warehouses, including supplier coordination.
• Provide forecast input for raw materials to Sourcing and maintain inventory accuracy of finished goods.
• Support quality investigations and resolve supply/delivery issues with Order Fulfillment and Logistics.
