Trilogy is seeking a Plant Associate/Worker to perform assigned operations in a production environment and interact with customers, employees, managers, and regulators. The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and efficiency, with competitive pay and strong benefits.

Hourly Rate: $18-19. The position may require travel to domestic Trilogy facilities, a valid driver's license, and ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting with variable conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• 2-4 years of lead supervisor experience is preferred.
• Pleasant demeanor with coworkers, customers, vendors, and regulators.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business demands and new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment is working properly.
• Unload waste from incoming vehicles.
• Separate non-autoclavable waste to be incinerated.
• Stage waste or properly stack waste for scanning.
• Scan waste into the NavuSoft system for record keeping.
• Load autoclave bins with waste for processing.
• Place reusable containers on the tub wash line for decontamination.
• Operate tub wash unit and inspect tubs for loading onto vehicles.
• Inspect and stack tubs for loading onto assigned vehicle for reuse.
• Operate tub wash sprayer for oversized tubs and ensure proper loading.
• Decontaminate vehicles cargo-carrying portion and ensure no liquid on floor.
• Inform plant supervisor when vehicle is ready to move from dock.
• Maintain housekeeping and address spills and debris promptly.
• Assist in other plant operations as needed.
• Pull orders to load supplies onto trucks for next day service.
• Help keep inventory in order.
• Other duties as assigned.
