  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Plant Operator - Deltona

This individual will be responsible for the operation of all mechanical systems and general maintenance. Observation, checks, cleaning and preventative maintenance are also responsibilities of the Plant Operator.

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Ability to operate steam boilers, chillers, air compressors, vacuum pumps, etc.
  • Sufficient experience to have acquired a general knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance.
  • Ability to retrieve information from building management System Computer.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently when necessary.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Must have good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must be customer-service oriented and able to effectively communicate and build relationships with Team Members at all levels in the organization.
