Job summary

Rangen Group is seeking a Plant Operator to support livestock, aquaculture, or pet food production. You will assist with production runs, operate equipment, document processes, and help maintain cleanliness under safety guidelines.

The role requires a safety mindset, good attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a high-energy team with potential overtime. 2+ years of experience and a high school diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in production or related role.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be on your feet for long periods.
• Able to read, write, and follow written directions in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set up of production lines and be guided by instructions.
• Operate processing equipment per SOPs and help with quality control.
• Document activities including processing, maintenance, and cleaning tasks.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and follow safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Learn and perform multiple roles to support plant operations.
