Job summary

Sanimax busca un Operario de Planta para el segundo turno en Minnesota, de lunes a viernes, 14:00 a 22:30. Realizarás funciones de producción y colaborarás con supervisores para mantener la eficiencia y seguridad.

Qualifications

• Edad mínima 18 años.
• Al menos 1 año de experiencia en planta.

• Puede trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.

Responsibilities

• Funciones de producción en planta, cargando camiones y verificando inventario.
• Colocar y descargar trailers en áreas de acopio.
• Colaborar con el supervisor o mantenimiento para reparar fallas.
• Mantener un entorno de trabajo seguro y limpio.
• Proponer ideas de ahorro de costos al supervisor.
• Realizar otras funciones asignadas por la dirección.

Sanimax is looking to hire a Plant Laborer for the 2nd shift. The schedule will be Monday thru Friday from 2 pm to 10:30 pm.

As a Plant Operator you will be responsible for:

• Various plant production functions which will include loading tankers and rail cars with finished product, mill checks, transferring and unloading product, and collecting inventory
• Backing and dumping trailers into staging areas
• Partnering with the supervisor or maintenance to trouble shoot and repair equipment failures.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Seek better ways by communicating with the shift supervisor on cost saving ideas or recommendations involved in the plant operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by a member of the management team

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 18 years age
• 1+ year experience working in a plant environment preferred
• Experience with forklift, skid steer or other operating equipment is a plus
• Ability to learn various tasks and computer system
• Strong communication skills
• Can work independently when needed, while being a team player

Physical Requirements:

• Can lift 30-50 pounds comfortably on a regular basis
• Walking/standing consistently through the shift
• Climb stairs and ladders
• Working inside and outside as needed
