Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking a Plant Operator for our Hendrix, OK location to join a hands-on manufacturing crew. You will operate and monitor equipment, perform quality checks, and support safe, efficient production.

The role includes basic maintenance, forklift operation, and routine shoveling or sweeping as needed. A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in industrial or manufacturing settings are required. Training and opportunities for advancement are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating mobile equipment (e.g., forklifts).
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
