Job summary

Airgas, an Air Liquide company, seeks a Plant Operator for our Kingsport, TN facility to support production operations on a Monday–Friday AM shift. You will operate and maintain equipment, handle cylinders, and ensure safety and quality standards.

You will move materials with a forklift, keep accurate production records, and collaborate with a team to maintain a safe, organized work environment while following safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in industrial operations is a plus.
  • Previous experience in plant operations, industrial maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
