As a Plant Operator, you'll contribute to the safe and efficient operation of our production facility, including the filling of cylinders, to ensure the highest quality standards are met. • Operate and maintain equipment within our production facility, including compressors, pumps, filling stations, and forklifts, to ensure a steady supply of industrial gases.

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in optimal condition, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.

• Safely handle and transport cylinders, including filling and quality checks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.

• Operate a forklift to move materials and products within the facility safely.

• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, cylinder tracking, and production activities.

• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure work environment.

• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and thoughtful organizational skills.

• A shared commitment to safety and following the protocols that keep our whole team secure.

• Flexibility to work shifts and occasional extra hours when needed to support your teammates.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently .

• Previous experience in plant operations, industrial maintenance, or a related field is preferred.

• Technical certification in industrial operations is a plus.

• Industrial Gas Experience.
