Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering, plus 5+ years manufacturing supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate operations through supervision of production support staff.
• Act as Quality Manager overseeing QA systems and audits.
• Establish and maintain a safe workplace with a comprehensive safety program.
• Develop and implement quality procedures to manage Quality Department activities.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance cost, quality and productivity.
• Manage plant budget and inventory to meet profitability.
• Supervise staff, provide training and evaluate performance.
• Represent Cadillac Products Automotive Company to the community and local industries.
