Job summary

Trecora's Pasadena, TX facility seeks a Project Manager to drive operational initiatives that improve safety, efficiency, reliability, and workflow execution. You will lead cross‑functional teams, translate plant needs into actionable plans, and ensure projects are well‑defined, resourced, and completed on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• OSHA or safety-related certifications a plus.
• Experience leading large-scale operational projects in chemical/manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational improvement projects from planning through completion with clear objectives, timelines and deliverables.
• Develop project scopes, schedules and resource plans for operational changes or reliability improvements.
• Coordinate tasks and responsibilities across Operations, Maintenance, Safety and other groups.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain momentum.
• Facilitate regular project updates and provide status reports to leadership.
