Eaton’s MVCA product line requires a leader to set strategic operations direction and drive profitability at the Arden, NC facility. You will oversee manufacturing, order engineering/design, and customer service to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.

You will develop plans from the product line strategy, cascade objectives, and monitor performance while promoting continuous improvement and capital efficiency. Relocation is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management/technology or business from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of strategic manufacturing and operations leadership experience.
• Willing to relocate to Arden, NC; relocation assistance provided if needed.
• Position may require adherence to immigration sponsorship restrictions.

Eaton’s Electrical Sector-Commercial Distribution Product Assembly Division is hiring an MVCA Product Line Operations Manager. This role will be based onsite at our manufacturing facility in Arden, NC. Relocation assistance is available to candidates who currently reside in the US.This role provides strategic and operational leadership for Eaton's Medium Voltage Control Assemblies (MVCA) product line, overseeing the Manufacturing, Customer Order Engineering/Design, and Customer Service functions. The successful leader will drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, inventory, cost, sales, and profitability while developing and executing business strategies that support long-term growth. Key responsibilities include leading SIOP, forecasting sales and financial performance, managing P&L results, driving cost-out initiatives, and optimizing capital investments to achieve operational excellence and exceed customer expectations.The expected annual salary range for this role is $130,000 - $190,000 a year. MVCA value stream including Daily Accountability, Standard Work, Gemba Walks, etc.Responsible for deployment of MESH Safety Program to support Zero Incident Culture.Facilitate problem-solving and corrective action for production issues.Direct application of capital and people resources to maximize operating efficiency.Control in-process inventory to achieve production requirements with minimum impact on inventory levels.Coordinate manufacturing schedules and priorities within the production plan to satisfy customer requirements.Plan and monitor key metrics to ensure quality, cost, delivery and safety requirements are met.Ensure required documentation and/or system transactions are executed to meet customer, manufacturing systems and financial reporting requirements.Partner with Product Line teams to monitor backlog health and capacity vs demand.Qualifications:Basic (required) Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management/technology, or business from an accredited institution.Seven (7) or more years of strategic manufacturing and operations experience, including leadership responsibility.Must be willing to relocate to Asheville (Arden) NC.
