Job summary

Oldcastle APG in Zephyrhills, FL, is seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations, drive safety and quality, and build a high-performing production team.

You will champion lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and data-driven decision making, collaborating with site leadership on long-term manufacturing strategies while coaching supervisors to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in manufacturing management.
• Experience with P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and product quality.
• Plan and manage production schedules, and resource allocation to meet output targets.
• Lead root cause analysis for production issues and drive resolution strategies.
• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Develop long-term manufacturing strategies with site leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operations and business objectives.
• Enter and maintain safety related data into Oldcastle programs.
