Cascade Living Group is seeking a Maintenance Associate (Plant Operations) to keep the Cascades of the Sierra community attractive, well-maintained, and safe for residents and staff. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, repairs in occupied apartments, and coordinating with outside vendors.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of fire and safety regulations, and the ability to stay organized and on call for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and building.
• Knowledge of fire and safety regulations.
• Ability to work with outside vendors and monitor their work.
• Experience in safe electrical and plumbing repair.

• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day.
