The ideal candidate will have extensive food production/plant management experience, USDA/FDA meat or frozen handling expertise, and strong organizational and leadership skills to drive operational excellence on site.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of food production/plant management experience.
• USDA/FDA meat or frozen experience.
• Experience managing large plant operations.
• Strong organizational and managerial skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a large manufacturing plant of 1000+ employees.
• Contribute to production planning and budgeting.
• Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders.
