Job summary

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across production and maintenance teams. The incumbent will lead safety meetings, manage maintenance, and drive performance toward department targets while handling investigations and coordinating with plant leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of fabrication experience with welding and cutting knowledge.
• Technical school certificate or Associates Degree preferred.
• Labor relations background and leadership experience preferred.
• Good understanding of production maintenance and repair protocols preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe and enforce all safety rules and participate in safety meetings.
• Maintain efficient, timely flow of raw materials and finished products.
• Oversee maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repairs of equipment and buildings.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across responsibilities.
• Achieve individual and department targets and objectives.
• Oversee production and maintenance performance and equipment upkeep.
• Assist in accident investigations and provide recommendations to the Plant Safety Committee.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
