Job summary

Interns will conduct an operations efficiency study in our Value Added Processing Department, learn through workshops, and gain insight into our company culture while engaging with mentors and leaders.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate, bachelor’s or graduate degree program in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Agribusiness Management, Agricultural Economics, Food Science, Agriculture or Business-related major.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Resume required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct an operations efficiency study in the Value Added Processing Department.
• Assist with data collection, analysis and reporting of findings.
• Present findings to peers, managers and senior leaders.
