Signature HealthCARE of Portland Rehab & Wellness Center in Portland, TN is seeking a Plant Operations Director to ensure our facilities and utilities are in top condition, and to maintain grounds in line with policy and regulations.

You will lead a small team, require 1–2 years of supervisory experience, and bring practical maintenance knowledge. The role follows a 8a–5p schedule with on‑call and weekend coverage, with benefits included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GEDrequired or equivalent related work experience.
• Practical knowledge of day-to-day maintenance and facility physical plant upkeep.
• One (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Our Plant Operations Directors make a difference in the lives of our stakeholders and residents by ensuring our facilities, equipment, and utilities are in good working order.
• Schedule of 8a-5p with on call and weekend coverage; preferred TELS and long-term care experience.
