Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus vocational/technical training.
• 1 year of experience as a Plant Mechanic in healthcare or facilities.
• Boiler Operator License required where applicable; Colorado states differ.
• Ability to read and understand maintenance and construction documents.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain boilers, chillers, generators, and water systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service calls.
• Maintain equipment logs and document shift activities.
• Assist as Fire Response Team member and support safety operations.
• General maintenance tasks including painting and inventory support.
• Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and personnel as needed.
